. // tattoo — recorder, adorn; bleed, clean; resignify the narrative; decorate, cross; retomar a autonomia do próprio corpo.

Getting a tattoo is a reminder of the importance of rites of passage.

Living this ritual invites us to honor the sacredness of our body and the paths our feet have traveled so far, so that we can then open our hearts to a new narrative on our skin. Tattoos enable regeneration through art.

Symbols are the language of nature and the heart.

The word LUNAWÍ is a symbolic aspect that means “the meeting of the Moon with the Sun”. It was from this perception that the work with Freehand Tattoo and Symbolic Art was born. The great inspiration for the project comes from my constant search for reconnection with nature — both outside and inside.

The rite conducted and anchored by Rafa is the expression of a crossing, from the place where we were to the place we will travel next. A rite as a bridge, a path. Her firm sweetness allows us to penetrate places from the skin inwards in a light but profound way. I greatly honor her Service and her great courage of support!

Going through a ritual with Rafa means opening yourself up to allow codes already present in your body to materialize, bringing all their strength and virtues to this dimension. Rafa has this gift of seeing on the skin the forms that were already there, and that through tattooing can be expressed alive on the body.
